Look, it's not just us; the generation before mine was a little.... ignorant too. My fifth grade teacher didn't even know about Mongolian invasions into China, which I knew when I was five! Besides, this is the Holocaust; yes, it's horrible that they don't know about it and they're unaware of such an atrocity, but Japan was Germany's ally during WWII; do you think they would rant about how horrible their allies were?
